Paralegal – Serious Injury / Personal Injury (RTA)

Chroma Legal are currently seeking Personal Injury Fee Earners, ideally with Personal Injury experience be that assisting or Paralegal to join a national law firm with multiple regional offices.

What you will be doing;

  • Assisting with and ultimately managing your own caseload serious injury (RTA) files
  • Effectively transacting claims using the MOJ portal
  • Liaising with medical experts and reviewing reports
  • Striving to achieve the best outcome for your clients
  • Delivering exceptional levels of service
  • Working well as part of a team

What we are looking for;

  • A good standard of education, applicants who have studied the LPC are encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge of Personal Injury law, underpinning principles and processes
  • Some previous experience of working within a specialist area of Personal Injury
  • Ideally you will have portal experience
  • A genuine desire to provide outstanding levels of service to clients
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work well to deadlines
