Senior Electronics Design Engineer (Analogue/Digital)

Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 per annum + Benefits Package

This business has consistently grown over the last 5 years and they are venturing on a new period of expansion due to growth and increased revenues. A Senior Electronics Design Engineer is required for this cutting edge business who have an ambitious road map ahead.

The role will be joining a healthy sized engineering team consisting of software, mechanical and electronics engineers. You’ll work under a Team Leader but will have a dotted line to the Engineering Director. This role is a full lifecycle role with the client expecting someone to be involved with everything from blank sheet design, specifications, customer interaction, circuit design, production test & validation and taking a product through to manufacture.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring all designs meet the customers specification and adhere to companies quality standards. You’ll be working in both analogue and digital platforms and as part of the role, you’ll be dealing with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the products are tested and validated appropriately.

Electronics Design Requirements:

  • Analogue/Digital Electronics Design
  • Schematic Capture
  • PCB Design & Layout
  • Low level firmware development (desirable)
  • EMC Design & Compliance
