Legal Call Handler – Nights

Salary: £17,000 plus benefits

Chroma Recruitment is currently looking for someone with Customer Service/Contact Centre/Call Handling experience who wants to work a night shift.

What you will be doing:

  • Taking Inbound calls from a variety of customers relating to motor claims accidents
  • Taking detailed information
  • Providing excellent standards of service in a fast-paced environment
  • Updating the inhouse IT systems
  • Liaising with insurers and other third parties
  • Working collaboratively as a team

What we are looking for:

  • Proven Call Handling experience
  • Ideally experience of working nights & must be able to commit to the following work pattern: 8pm to 8am Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday over 2 weeks and then Friday, Saturday, Sunday (same hours), over 2 weeks.
  • Good communication skills
  • The ability to work to pace
  • Good IT skills
