As part of this growth it is essential that they bring on board talented, focused junior or graduate software developers.
As a junior / graduate software developer, you’ll have a problem-solving mentality that searches for solutions where the average coder wouldn’t find them. At this level they are not looking for you to have all the answers right now, but they would like you to have an inquisitive mentality with a genuine passion for software development. It does not matter if you are a self taught coder, a graduate or have taken part in an intensive code camp, if you have a passion for tech and aptitude to learn this role is for you.
