We’re working with a Manchester-based tech business whose bright and vibrant team are looking for your support skills. The pace is quick, and the environment is buzzing, so they need a strong and independent 3rd line Infrastructure Engineer to keep everything running smoothly and implement new tech/ systems.

Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager, you will be a senior member of the IT team, responsible for installs, configuration and maintenance all of the client’s infrastructure hardware, software and applications.

Essential experience:

  • Windows Server 2012 r2 / 2016
  • SQL
  • Hyper-v
  • SCCM
  • Active directory / office 365
  • Server hardware
  • ITIL
  • Agile Environment

Day to day duties and responsibilities:

  • Physical and Virtual server infrastructure management and administration
  • Infrastructure support for 200+ employees across several locations
  • Resolving technical issues, including 3rd line support
  • Documenting work and systems
  • Following established process and procedure / Following project plans
  • Ad Hoc projects as requested by board/ senior management
  • Operating within ITIL framework

In return, you will receive a salary of up to £45,000, plus a great benefits package (subsidised lunch, training and development, and flexible working – to name a few!)
