Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum + Pension, Bonus & Life Assurance

The role of Electronics Design Engineer reports directly to the Engineering manager and you’ll be working within a multi-disciplined team of mechanical, electronics and software engineers. The company operates a good work-life balance structure and believes in having happy employees. The company is part of a larger engineering group with strong financial and resource backing.

Within this Electronics design role, you will focus on design and development; simulation, schematic capture, PCB layout, test and BOM generation. This role is ideal for someone who is looking for career progression, development as well as the responsibility or taking on key parts of projects.

Electronics Design Engineer Requirements:

  • Analogue & Digital Circuit Design
  • Microcontroller based systems
  • Schematic Capture & PCB Design
  • DFT & DFM
  • Firmware knowledge would be advantageous
  • Bill of materials
  • HNC in Electronic Engineering (or similar subject). Less qualified candidates will be considered where extensive experience in a similar role can be demonstrated.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and team-working skills are a must have!
