Continuous Improvement Analyst

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 + Benefits

This is an amazing opportunity to join a vibrant, exciting team within a rapidly growing e-commerce business. With projects continuing to increase, they are now in need of an analyst to support their growth.

Due to the nature of this role, you will have a ‘voice’ and see your work being directly implemented that will impact on the P&L.  They require an ‘alert’ and ‘bright’ individual who thrives in a fast-paced evolving environment, is customer-minded and can understand failure points within the supply chain.

What does the job look like?

  • Working with a team of 3-4 business analysts, finding logical solutions to ‘bottlenecks’ within the supply chain
  • Data/cost/efficiency analysis
  • Map out the processes within the supply chain and minimising errors
  • Liaising with departmental stakeholders to deliver cost savings and increase business performance
  • Being pro-active to ‘spot’ areas of wastage, that are having an adverse effect on business performance
  • Capacity analysis, through all layers of business operations

What technical skills do you need?

  • Proficient in Excel
  • Solid data analysis experience
  • Understanding of ecommerce (desirable)
  • A customer minded / journey knowledge will be a significant advantage
