We are currently seeking a number of Paralegals to join an outstanding Clinical Negligence team. These positions have arisen due to internal promotion and so for ambitious graduates/LPC Graduates who ideally have some specialist Personal Injury experience as well as a highly client centric approach – these really are excellent opportunities!!

What you will be doing;

  • Assisting experienced lawyers with challenging, complex Clinical Negligence cases
  • Instructing & liaising on an on-going basis with a range of medical experts to obtain medical reports.
  • Alongside the fee earners, meeting with witnesses and generating witness statements as well as drafting other legal documentation.
  • Assisting clients both over the phone and on a face-to-face basis
  • Preparing court bundles
  • Other general administrative and cases management work

What we are looking for;

  • Strong academics (LLB/LLM/LPC/ILEX) and the ability to apply critical thinking
  • An interest in Clinical Negligence work and a passion for helping clients
  • Relevant work experience i.e. Legal Assistant/Legal Advice or exposure to Paralegal work within a related area of serious injury.
  • Excellent communications skills; both written and verbal
  • The ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
