As a business we recruit for professionals primarily in Manchester, and for our larger nationwide clients. Typically this will be developers, project managers, business analysts, IT support, etc. We focus on meeting our candidates and clients face-to-face to get to grips with their ambitions and pain points, and to build lasting professional relationships. This commitment has brought us more business than we can handle, so we’re looking to expand!

If you’ve got 18+ months of recruitment experience and dedication to what you do, then there could be a place for you on this team.

What will you need to succeed?

  • Ideally 18 months of recruitment experience
  • Good understanding of 360 recruitment processes
  • Positive attitude and self-motivation
  • Desire to be immersed in the Manchester ‘tech’ scene
  • Honesty, integrity and a down-to-earth approach
